CAROLINE LORETTO - Jemez

Here is an absolutely fabulous polychrome jar, handcoiled and handpainted by Jemez potter Caroline Loretto! This jar has the same exquisite polish of all of Caroline's jars, but with the addition of a stunning cream slip to the mix with the black on a redware pot. Measuring 3" high by 3 and 1/2" in diameter, this jar has all the traditional designs of featherknifewings, lightning, kiva steps, rain, and blossoms. This is a superb example of contemporary Jemez pottery by a terrific potter!
